Good news for Canadians who either travel or whose friends/relatives will travel abroad for the summer vacation. Bell is set to unveil a $5 unlimited international text messaging add-on later in the day. That’s a pretty neat deal given that other carriers typically charge between $8 and $10 for the same service.
According to the leaked doc MobileSyrup managed to get hold of, Bell clients will be able to “text anywhere in the world from Canada for just $5 per month.” We’re not sure whether this is a summer promotion or will rather become a part of the standard offering.
