If you live in Albuquerque, N.M., Reading, Penn., and Salt Lake City we have great news for you. AT&T this morning announced that it has flipped the LTE switch in those areas I’ve named. The second largest wireless provider in the United States is moving at a rapid pace with deploying its 4G LTE across the nation. The company has an ambitious goal of covering 300 million people by the end of 2014, which is most of the people in the entire country. In order to make good on its expansion plans it will spend $8 billion on rolling out its 4G LTE network.
