Nokia spent a lot of time and PR into hyping its PureView features for its camera on the Lumia 920. Unfortunately, the phone’s shooter has received some mixed reviews, as it seemed to only do well in low-light and image stabilization. A huge weak point for the camera was shots taken in the daylight, which according to many 920 owners produced blurry pictures. So the Finnish-based manufacturer has worked hard to fix this issue by way of a software update, says a new report.
This new update is said to be coming to devices “shortly,” which apparently means sometime this month. Users can expect improvements to not just the camera, but random reboots and add features such as always on Wi-Fi.
