Great news for those of you on U.S. Cellular rocking a Samsung Galaxy S III. The large regional cellular provider has announced that you will be getting your long-awaited update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Updates will begin rolling out December 21. Galaxy S III owners can expect many improvements such as the camera, browser, user interface, notifications, calendar and widgets, etc.
If waiting for the update to go over-the-air isn’t your thing, then you can head over to the always interesting Samsung Kies and pull it from there. Major props to Samsung for moving the update process along.
