Bloomberg hints that Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is real and coming soon

Bloomberg published a pretty detailed analysis of Samsung, describing the company’s rise to fame as the number one smartphone maker across the globe. In it, however, was a very subtle acknowledgment about the release of a future Samsung phone — none other than the Galaxy S4 Mini.

The Galaxy S4 Mini has been rumored pretty much ever since the unveiling of the official Samsung Galaxy S4. The Galaxy S III sported a 4.8-inch display and the Galaxy S4 bumped that spec up to a full 5 inches. That leaves a good amount of room for a smaller model closer in size to the iPhone 5.

The report reads, “The Galaxy S 4 doesn’t come out until late April. It’s fast, has a big, bright screen, and will probably be another huge hit for Samsung, as will the S 4 mini that will go on sale soon after.”

There you have it. The S4 Mini is going to debut after all. It shouldn’t be very surprising though. Less than a week ago we reported that leaked images of the Galaxy S4 Mini surfaced and it basically just looks like a smaller S4. It’ll probably have less capable innards and a lower price tag as well, which would follow a trend set by the Galaxy S III Mini.

At this point — between Bloomberg‘s cleverly placed confirmation and the leaked photos — the final missing puzzle piece is Samsung itself announcing the Galaxy S4 Mini.
