The hot-new HTC One is heading to China with all three networks preparing to add in it the near future — devices marked as 802w, 802t and 802d will be offered by China Unicom (WCDMA), China Mobile (TD-SCDMA) and China Telecom (CDMA), respectively.

One of these versions, 802w, has been caught in the wild, sporting a removable back cover that hides microSD card and two SIM card slots. As a result, future owners will be able to expand the built-in storage and use the phone on two networks at once. Pretty powerful stuff and something Westerners would appreciate as well. But you know how this goes – we’ll never see one of these at the mobile shops in the West. There will be an option to buy the phone in China and bring it to your country, but that’s fairly complicated and something only few folks will do. That’s kinda shame, when you think about it…
