Boost Mobile introduces new unlimited calling to Mexico for $15 per month

Boost Mobile has decided to do something special for folks living south of the border. The MVNO today introduced a $15 per month add-on that allows its users to call every single landline and mobile number in the country of Mexico immediately. This is an added perk for those already paying for a monthly unlimited plan.

Unfortunately, the prepaid cellular provider is keeping the deal open till June 6th. Users who get the $15 unlimited add-on will also get to call landlines in over 45 nations (including Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Argentina and Colombia), unlimited calling to Canada, unlimited international text messaging worldwide from the United States and reduced calling rates to over 200 other destinations. Not bad, huh?

Andre Smith, vice president of Boost Mobile, spoke glowingly about its new add-on saying:

“Boost is delivering a simple and affordable solution for unlimited calling to mobile phones and landlines across Mexico and the United States, which is a perfect complement to our plans with shrinking payments and our broad selection of handsets including the new Kyocera Coast.”

Boost didn’t elaborate on what the price will be after the June 6th cut off date. They also didn’t mention if those who bought the unlimited add-on for $15 would stay grandfathered in at the same price.
