Cult indy hit, Limbo, is finally making its way to mobile. It’s out today for iPad 2 and newer, and iPhone 4S or newer. Limbo on iOS is going for $4.95, about half of what it will cost you elsewhere. It’s well worth it for one of the most stylish titles in recent years.

Limbo was originally an Xbox Live exclusive in 2010. It’s since made its way to the PS3, Steam, OSX and now the PS Vita (last month) and iOS. It was a sleeper hit, owing to its special blend of platforming, puzzle solving and sheer terror – all presented in a high contrast black and white, silhouetted package.

The iTunes entry for Limbo lists off some of its extensive accolades. iOS users, this one’s really worth picking up!

Description

Uncertain of his sister’s fate, a boy enters LIMBO.

Requires at least iPad 2, iPhone 4S or iPod touch (5th gen) – or newer.
