Adventuring with Google Glass just got a little more fun. Google launched its Field Trip app for Glass today, allowing Glass users to discover points of interest and landmarks via heads up notifications.

The Field Trip app has been available for Android since September 2012, and launched on iOS last March. The augmented reality app suggests places and activities based on categories such as architecture, historic places, offers, food movie locations and more. The Glass version of the app includes all of the functionality of the iOS and Android apps, but with some added features. Field Trip will display cards on Glass’ display, and can even read them aloud to the user. Card information is provided by a number of sources, such as Thrillist, Zagat, Songkick and Atlas Obscura.

So if you’re a Glass owner looking for a little adventure, check out Google’s Field Trip app and get to exploring!
