What you can see from the image above is apparently the still unannounced Droid 5, caught in the “wilderness of China.” According to leaks on Weibo, the next Droid will keep the side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, while boasting a 4.3- or 4.5-inch touchscreen. Moreover, it will support NFC and wireless charging — that’ a wireless charging coil on the image.
And that’s about all we have at the moment. It’s likely this won’t be the last rumor we get before Verizon Wireless officially outs the Droid 5. The chances are new information will follow in the days and weeks to come, and yes – we’ll be there to share everything we get with you. Stay tuned…
