The carriers are all chiming in after Samsung’s announcement of its hot new devices today, and Sprint is no different. Today David Owens, Sprint’s Vice President of Product Development released a statement announcing that the newly unveiled Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be coming to the carrier. The statement points out that Sprint will be the only carrier to offer an unlimited date plan with the new Samsung phablet.

At its event, Samsung announce that the Galaxy Note 3 will be releasing on September 25th.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), September 04, 2013 – Sprint (NYSE: S), the long-time leader in offering unlimited wireless services, today announced it will offer Samsung Galaxy Note® 3 on the Sprint network this fall.

David Owens, vice president-Product Development, Sprint, issued the following statement:

“Sprint is excited to bring the latest version of the award-winning Samsung Galaxy Note series to our customers this fall. I know our customers are anxious to enjoy movies, videos and games on Note 3’s dynamic display and they love the creativity that comes naturally with the included S Pen. Best of all, Sprint customers can use this new smartphone’s robust features without hesitation, thanks to the Sprint Unlimited Guarantee on the Unlimited, My WaySM or My All-inSM plan. Note 3 users on Sprint’s all-new network will appreciate not having to worry about costly overages or sharing data. While other wireless providers are moving away from unlimited service, the Sprint Unlimited Guarantee allows our customers to lock in unlimited talk, text and data, not for just the next two years, but for the life of the line of service2.”
