Right now you can choose between a number of different Bluetooth headsets. There are small ones for the office, and those when you want to exercise.
If you’re looking for a headset from the latter group, you want a well-built, sweat-proof device with great sound quality. Or at least that’s what I’m looking for from such product.

Plantronics BackBeat GO 2 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Earbuds
These are the lightest of the pack, but that comes with a caveat in the form of the battery life. Expect up to 4.5 hours of listening time after which you’ll have to connect the BackBeat GO 2 to the charger. It features a sweat-proof, durable design; and stable, comfortable fit.
