One thing we haven’t seen at the recently ended Nokia World was the previously leaked Lumia 929, which is apparently heading to Verizon Wireless. That, however, doesn’t mean it’s cancelled; it’s still heading to the Big Red carrier and should apparently be launched by Thanksgiving.
According to WPCentral forum member Falorin (and brought to our attention by Engadget), we’re looking at a smaller version of the Lumia 1520. Although it will be more compact, the Lumia 929 will keep the full HD screen, as well as 20-megapixel camera and fast Snapdragon 800 chip. And in that sense, it could be the best Windows Phone ever made. Phablets are nice though not everyone likes them as they are everything but pockatable.
Falorin also added that the 929 will lack a microSD card slot, but will come with 32 or 64 GB of internal storage, and a nano-SIM card slot.
Yup, we think this will be the Windows Phone device worth buying… what do you say?
