Let’s say you have a lot, and I mean a lot, of spare cash. Let’s also assume you have the HTC One, HTC One Mini or HTC One Max and the built-in BoomSound speakers are not loud enough for you. HTC has an accessory you’ll want.

Called Gramohorn II, it’s a “beautifully sculpted HTC One dock that channels music naturally through its huge gramophone like chambers.” The device is a passive stereo amplifier that requires no power or cables. Just place your HTC smartphone in the dock, play some music and enjoy the sound.

The Gramohorn II was made by Justin Wolter as part of HTC’s Here’s To Creativity programme. It is 3D printed in a plaster-based, composite material and can be spray finished in one of 28 colors. The Gramohorn is also available in limited edition stainless steel. Each Gramohorn is made-to-order, making each one “uniquely personal and a first of its kind.”

The plaster resin version is available for whopping £999, while the model made from a selection of milled metals could be yours for an even more whopping £4999. Yeah, it’s not something every HTC One owners will get…
