HTC has turned to Twitter to share the good news – just as it promised, KitKat update for the HTC One Google Play Edition has been delivered to Google and now it’s up to the search giant to roll it out. We tend to think this will be a short wait but you never know.
The next step is to launch the same update for the “regular” HTC One. The Taiwanese company said it will get its serving of today’s most popular candy within 90 days. In other words, we may have to wait for early 2014 to get this update which will hopefully also include an update to Sense 6.0. Or not… we’re not sure… but we’ll definitely get back to you as soon as we have something new to add. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
