The gold-colored HTC One has made an appearance in the U.K., and is now available for purchase through Carphone Warehouse as well as Phones 4u. If you’re not the blingy type and are looking for something a little more subtle, perhaps a pink Samsung Galaxy S4 is in your future. The pink GS4 is available for pre-order and will be available in the coming months.
The Gold HTC One first made an appearance a few weeks back in Finland, and has now made its way to the U.K. Carphone Warehouse is offering a few contract options through Vodafone and O2, with one of the Vodafone offerings providing the gold HTC One for free with a two-year contract with 1GB of data for £29. If you’ve got a hankering for more data, you can grab the gold HTC One for £29 and £34 a month on a two-year plan that provides 6GB of data a month. Phones 4u is offering multiple plans for the gold HTC One. A few of them are offering the HTC One for free, with the priciest upfront device cost being £299.00.
If you’d like something a little more subdued, the pink Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available in the U.K. next month, exclusively available through Phones 4U. Pretty much all of the available plans will ensure you the pink GS4 for free when signing a two-year contract through carriers EE, Vodafone and Orange. The device is available for pre-order as we speak.
While the HTC One and Galaxy S4 are still amazing phones and are being discounted like mad, you may want to wait until January if you’re looking to grab the next flagship phone from Samsung. The Galaxy S5 is rumored to be releasing in early 2014, touting 3GB of RAM, a 64-bit processor and a 16MP camera.
