The long-time rumored Nokia Lumia Icon aka Lumia 929 may finally launch in the next few days… or weeks. The device has been caught at Verizon’s website though that page has been promptly made offline.

Luckily it was live for enough time for the folks of WMPowerUser to catch a glimpse of it. The page confirms the specs we’ve heard before, including Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 quad-core chip clocked at 2.2GHz and a 20-megapixel PureView camera on the back. In other words, it’s like a smaller version of the Lumia 1520 with wireless charging capability.

The handset’s placeholder page says the price is $777, but we’re sure that was either a typo or the Icon’s price sans any subsidies. Instead, users will likely be able to buy the Lumia 929 for some $200 as long as they put their signature on a new two-year contract with Verizon Wireless. Hopefully we’ll have all the details soon. Stay tuned…
