A new, still unannounced device has been caught on the web. Marked as LG D830, there’s a chance this could be the upcoming LG G3. Here are two reasons for this:
1. The LG G2 was marked as D802, and Nexus 5 (made by LG) as D820/D821. So it’s similar to the existing high-end models.
2. The D930 has-top notch specs that include support for 120fps and 2160p (4K) video playback, LTE connectivity and 13-megapixel camera.
Sure we expect a better camera from the next model in LG’s G series but I would guess the specs are far from final since this phone will likely be announced in the second half of the year. That said we also expect it to sport the fastest chip available at that time (either NVIDIA Tegra K1 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 805), 4GB of RAM and a ton of internal storage.
We’ll be on the lookout for any news surrounding LG’s 2014 flagship and let you know as soon as we have something new to add. Stay tuned in the meantime…
