Lenovo don’t want to miss the upcoming 2K screen phone craze. In fact, the Chinese firm’s device marked as K7T “Kingdom” has been caught at Antutu benchmarks recently.

This phone is packing top notch specs that include the mentioned 2560 x 1440 pixels display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core chip, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a pair of cameras (13MP rear + 5MP front-facing one), while Android 4.4 KitKat is running the show.

It’s unknown when this phone will launch and which markets will get it. Chances are, with a device like this, Lenovo would want to “cover” the world. We hope to see it on display in Barcelona but we’re not sure whether that will actually happen. Perhaps the company decides to postpone the launch until the K7T is ready for prime time and until it has carrier contracts in place; perhaps not. In any case, we’re glad to see another OEMs preparing for the “2K revolution.”
