Remember Disney’s Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse on the Sega Genesis? If not don’t fret, you can play a remastered version of the awesome adventure game right on your iPad or iPhone! Sega is offering a sweet deal on the title today, slashing 50% off o the $9.99 pricetag in celebration of Valentine’s Day. The deal will be valid beginning Valentine’s Day and extending into the weekend, so don’t worry about having to rush home from a romantic date and purchasing the iOS game.
It looks as though Sega is having some trouble with the game’s pricing on the App Store, and is in the process of updating the price to reflect the 50% off deal. According to Sega, the glitch will be solved soon, at which point you can download Castle of Illusion for just $4.99.
Castle of Illusion is a classic game, one of the best Disney games to come out of the 16-bit era. It stars Mickey in an epic quest to save Minnie from the clutches of evil witch Mizrabel. Mickey finds himself trapped in a castle that is far from what it seems, and changes at the whim of the Mizrabel.
