AT&T has started rolling updates for two of its super-phones – LG G2 and HTC One.
The G2 got “key enhancements to the user interface, battery efficiency and processing speed,” as you may’ve seen in the video LG has released on YouTube. In addition, there are some UI changes included with KitKat’s interface, as well as enhanced “Knock On” feature (responsiveness has been improved).
As for the HTC One, it got Android 4.4.2 along with updated Sense 5.5 UI. Notable changes include BlinkFeed improvements that enable quicker access to content, refined location settings (to enhance battery life), updated gallery and music apps, widgets are easier to add to homescreens, and there’s also a do-not-disturb feature.
Whether you own the LG G2 or HTC One, you should update right away. If your phone hasn’t prompted you yet, feel free to manually check for new software through About phone -> Settings. Hopefully, you’ll find it there. 😉
