U.S. Cellular is revamping its shared data plans to add more megabytes for the same amount of cash. Here’s what’s new:
- $40 plan now gets you 1GB of data, up from 300MB
- $50 plan has grown from 1GB to 2GB
- $60 plan – from 2GB to 3GB
In addition, the carrier has also introduced a new, lower plan which offers 300MB of data for $15 — that’s down from $40. As that’s usually the case, all these plans offer unlimited talk and text; they go into effect for both new and existing customers automatically.
