Officially, Cortana won’t be making its way to Windows Phone handsets for a few months, but there is a way to install the new Windows Phone 8.1 update on your Windows Phone device at this very moment! After a new project has been created, download the free Preview for Developers app for your Windows Phone device and agree to receive updates.
