Video: NVIDIA’s Direct Stylus Technology A Hit With Digital Artists Old and New

NVIDIA’s Direct Stylus isn’t your normal tablet stylus. Baked into NVIDIA’s Tegra NOTE 7 Android tablets, Direct Stylus technology works with a bevy of Google Play apps such as ArtFlow, Photoshop Touch and SketchBook Pro just to name a few. A variety of line sizes can be achieved by simply changing the pressure on the stylus while sketching, which mimics the way that humans have been sketching for hundreds of years. If a stylus isn’t your jam, don’t worry. Direct Stylus technology lets you grab a normal number 2 pencil and draw right on your tablet’s screen. Pretty neat feature, and sure to please Tegra NOTE 7 users young and old.

“DirectStylus offers a precise and versatile tool that’s lag free and responsive. Digital painting on tablets is fun, but only with the right tools and ArtFlow on Tegra NOTE 7 is exactly that.” – ArtFlow developer Bart Janusz

You can find NVIDIA’s Direct Stylus technology on the Tegra NOTE 7 line of tablets, which were recently updated to Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a LTE modem.
