Mario Kart is franchise that has been around since the SNES days, and is showing no signs of stopping. A video from the team over at Gamespot shows the evolution of one particular Mario Kart track, Royal Raceway. The track originally appeared on the Nintendo 64 incarnation of Mario Kart, and now graces Wii U screens everywhere in Mario Kart 8. It’s an awesome look at just how far video games have gome in the last fifteen years or so.
