As if Google Now wasn’t helpful enough, Google’s personal assistant will now show content from Niantic Labs’ Field Trip app. Expect to see Field Trip cards pop up in your Google Now feed soon.
Field Trip is an impressive app on its own, scouring various sources for the latest info on cool places to visit, landmarks, and interesting histories based on your location. Now that this huge trove of geo-location information is usable to Google Now, we’re all about to see a whole new side of our surroundings.
Field Trip is available on Android, iOS and Google Glass. Check it out in action in the video below.
