AT&T is adding a pair of round-faced Android Wear smartwatches to their lineup this week. The LG G Watch R and Moto 360 will be the newest addition to AT&T’s wearable portfolio, launching on November 5th and November 7th respectively. The LG G Watch R will come in at $299, while the Moto 360 will carry a $249 price-tag. Bundle the Moto 360 with a new 2014 Moto X and you’ll get $50 off the smartwatch, making Motorola’s beautiful round marvel just $199.
Both smartwatches sport round faces and run on the fledgling Android Wear platform, but are very different beasts. The Moto 360 touts a brushed aluminum metal frame, 4GB of on-board storage, a 320mAh battery, a heart rate monitor and a light and motion sensor embedded in the bottom of the display. LG’s G Watch R is a little more beefy in some respects, with a 410mAh battery, P-OLED display, 4GB of memory and a 9-axis gyro and accelerometer.
