China also wants to get involved in mobilizing the financial industry, hack their CDMA carrier, China Unicom, launched 72 types of customized mobile phones that come with pre-installed stock and financial services software.
According to Yu Yingtao – general manager of Liantong Huasheng, which is responsible for the carrier’s mobile phone outsourcing, China Unicom had signed a deal with most of the CDMA mobile phone makers – including Samsung, LG, Motorola, TCL and Amoi.
