The Associated Press published 1,000 words on what the FCC is currently trying to do with regards to the D Block of wireless spectrum and how it’s going to impact the networks that public safety (think cops, fire fighters, ambulances, etc.) employees use.
It’s tightly written, information dense, and I’d be doing it a disservice if I rewrote it just to add a punch line in the end about a car accident involving some teenager getting road head and trying to film it on his new Motorola Droid X.
