A new all-touchscreen Samsung phone has been caught at the FCC’s website – SGH-T569 (or just T569). From what we can tell, this baby is slated to hit T-Mobile’s offering at some point in the (near) future and we offer you two proofs for the claim: first, its 3G radio sings along 1700 MHz which is the frequency the Deutsche Telekom-owned operator uses for its 3G services; and second (possibly even better proof) the phone’s documentation mentions T-Mobile’s MyFaves program.
In addition to the 3G radio, there’s also some camera on board, Bluetooth connectivity support, media player and web browser, and I guess a microSD memory card slot. And in case you wonder, we’ve no idea whether the T569 runs any smartphone OS like Android or Windows Mobile.
Neither Samsung nor T-Mobile said anything about the phone, but we’ll definitely keep our eyes wide open for any news coming from either party. Staying tuned to IntoMobile can’t harm, that’s for sure. 😉
