A tip from Verizon has hinted that there are problems at RIM affecting BlackBerry service across the board. This isn’t the first time BlackBerry servers have had a glitch, and it certainly won’t be the last. Every time service goes down like this, folks get worried that relying on RIM’s central infrastructure for work e-mail, though usually beneficial, can really screw us over on the rare occasion it goes down. Using the AT&T Torch this morning, my work e-mails weren’t coming through, but Gmail was fine – how about you?
