A company called launched what they say is the “next generation mobile analytics platform” at Demo Fall 2010 with the idea to provide developers with crucial data about how users interact with their apps. Apsalar’s offering consists of the following parts:
- ApScience – a user-centric conversion analytics tool that defines and then interprets different conversion funnels within an app or across multiple apps. The idea here is to present developers and publishers with actionable insights that should ultimately bolster revenue and profitability, and lower user acquisition costs.
- ApFeedback – an in-app survey tool that establishes an ongoing dialogue with customers through increased user engagement without being (too?) disruptive. The service consists of a web-based survey creation wizard, provides detailed reporting across mobile platforms and has real-time survey modification capabilities.
- ApBuzz – a social sharing tool integrated with Facebook and Twitter that gets apps discovered, increases traffic, and boosts downloads.
These tools have been designed to work either by themselves or in conjunction with the others to optimize the entire mobile application user experience lifecycle… And you can get more information from Apsalar’s website.
