Fans of the mobile football (soccer in U.S.) management simulations have more choice than ever before. There are already such titles as Championship Manager 2008, Real Football: Manager Edition, LMA Manager 08, and Manager Pro Football 2008 available today, but apparently EA’s mobile division thinks the market is still not saturated. Hence, they’ve announced the release of mobile version of FIFA Manager 08 game.
Coming in January next year, the new football/soccer management simulation will allow you to manage any football team from the top two divisions of England, France, Spain, Germany or Italy. Naturally, if you start with a team that’s hoping to enter the first league, game will be more challenging and you’ll need to be more creative to earn some cash and get better players to your team.
According to PocketGamer which had a chance to try out the preview version, FIFA Manager 08 features slick and clean interface that somehow reminds them on Sony Ericsson’s mobile phone menu system. Personally, I’m not much into football management games, but I know some people who can’t wait to give it a try…
