FedEx has just launched a BlackBerry app to keep its iPhone client company. With it, you can track the status of package shipments, get rate quotes, create shipping labels, schedule pickups, and find nearby FedEx locations thanks to the BlackBerry’s internal GPS.
For folks in enterprise, this will likely be really helpful for always knowing when clients get their goods, or when to expect shipments from partners. It would be nice if this was in App World, then even casual consumers could archive the app to microSD to pull up on those odd occasions they have a shipment to check on.
You can download FedEx for BlackBerry from their landing page (iPhone over here), but if you’re packing anything else, they’ve recently redesigned their mobile site.
