As part of its 19th annual “Toy of the Year Award Winners” announcement, Disney FamilyFun also unveiled its latest iPhone app – ToyHopper, allowing parents to complete all of their holiday and birthday shopping from the comfort of their iOS-powered devices.
The application contains more than 280 toys, all selected and recommended by FamilyFun editors as well as parent and kid testers, who evaluated quality, value and fun. You can filter through all products by age, price, type of product and theme (from pirates and princesses to bikes for tikes). Additionally each product is linked to Amazon.com, further making purchasing a snap (we all love Amazon).
All of the 34 Toy of the Year Award winners are there, as well as past years’ winners…
And if you care to see the winning toys, you’ll have to grab the November issue of FamilyFun magazine or visit FamilyFun.com.
Sounds like an app every parent would like to have installed on its iPhone, iPod Touch and/or iPad. The only problem I see is the price – you don’t get to see a $2 product recommendation app that often. Kinda weird if you ask me…
