HubPages — the online space where users share their advice, reviews, tips, opinions and insights — is going for the iOS device users. The web-based service already has a 200,000 registered users strong community and now it wants to allow them to “do their thing” while on the go, from the comfort of their iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
The HubPages application allows users to create, upload and post photos on HubPages’ server and eventually use them for future Hub creations. Moreover, folks can use the application to post to forums, moderate comments and interact with other HubPages users. Finally, users can also get insight into their account activity on the site.
The iPhone app comes on the heels HubPages’ recent milestone of 1 million articles published on its online platform, which in case you don’t know, allows content creators to earn up to 60% of all the revenues generated from advertising. In that sense, HubPages touts its service to be the “most rewarding place for people to contribute their knowledge.”
