If you’re into eBay like I am, chances are you already have the app loaded up on your BlackBerry. It’s been around for quite some time now, and lets you do almost everything you can do from your desktop. Watch items, place bids, search for items, you name it… you can do it.
In a move to add even more goodness to the app, eBay and RIM have jointly updated the eBay for BlackBerry app. The update brings us up to version 1.0.3.5, and includes one new key feature: Deal Finder.
Deal Finder replaces the Daily Deal feature. Using it, you can compare the prices you find within eBay to prices on some of the biggest retail sites out there (Including Amazon, Best Buy and more). Handy if you want to make sure you’re getting what is (probably) the best price available for something on the web.
On top of the updates above, there’s of course the usual batch of bug fixes and tweaks, plus some enhancements that should help the app load faster on your device. It’s a worthy update if you’re a regular auction junkie.
