O2 UK announces the Xda Atmos, aka HTC S730, Windows Mobile Smartphone

O2 Xda Atmos

O2 UK today launched the Xda Atmos, also known as the HTC S730. With an exception of touchscreen and built-in GPS receiver, the Windows Mobile 6 Standard edition powered smartphone has everything a business user could need — including the full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, WiFi, HSDPA support, Microsoft Push email support, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 2 megapixel camera, and of course the microSD memory slot. On the other side, 64 MB of RAM doesn’t sound right even if it’s “paired” with 256 MB of ROM. The 400 MHz CPU should be enough for all the phone’s processing needs…

O2’s business customers can already grab the Xda Atmos, while consumers will have to wait a bit longer in order to do so…
