Back to the Future Part One

I promised to keep all of you gamers up-to-date on the new ‘Back to the Future‘ title coming out for iOS… and over the holidays, there was some movement on this front.

Just before Christmas, Telltale games released the PC and Mac version of Back to the Future: Episode 1… much to my delight. It’s available right now for $24.95 (product link), and although I haven’t played it yet (I’m waiting for the iOS version) I’d hazard a guess it’s worth every penny.

With the PC and Mac version now out for the world to see, it’s only a matter of time before the game pops into the App Store. We were promised an iOS-based title ‘at a later date’ to follow the standard PC and Mac versions… let the waiting continue!

Note: For what it’s worth, Telltale Games have let it be known that Part II of the trilogy will be available sometime in February 2011. Yes, pretty soon you’re going to be able to step through the entire Back to the Future Trilogy on your desktop or iPhone… it’s gonna be good… real good… and if you’re too scared to spend the money, all I have to say to you is, ‘What’s the matter McFly… CHICKEN?‘
