If your morning cup of joe is the most important factor in kickstarting your day, having an app that helps you hunt down a fresh cup is always handy. That’s why, as soon as the TimmyMe app for BlackBerry (from Tim Hortons) was launched, I’ve had it locked and loaded. TimmyMe helps you locate the Timmies location nearest to you, will give you directions (with map), allow you to save and jot down orders on a notepad, and a whole lot more. If you’re a Tim Horton’s junkie with a BlackBerry on the hip, the app is a must have.
Sadly, a few current-gen BlackBerry devices have been left out in the cold when it comes to compatibility… but that is changing. I’m pleased to report that Tim Horton’s has updated the app with Bold 9780 support. Good stuff!
Now, I can already hear Torch users grumbling… and yes, sadly, Torch users are going to have to wait a little longer before the app is compatible with your device. If I was a betting man I’d say it’s coming soon… but stranger things have happened.
