PriceGrabber updated its iOS application to make it even better for the holiday shopping, if you happen to shop for deeply discounted goods (since they’ve missed Christmas). There are two new features included in this release:
- Price alerts – thanks to which the cumbersome process of monitoring prices on products has been drastically simplified. You can establish the dollar amount you want to spend on a particular product, and let PriceGrabber alert you (via push notifications) when the product reaches the designated price.
- Local offers – this feature is noted on the search results page and on the product page, indicating which local merchant is selling the selected product. Also included are information on store hours, directions to the store and store inventory. Very handy for those of you who prefer the good ol’ “offline shopping.”
PriceGrabber for iPhone remains a free app and you can “grab” it from a link below. Hopefully, Android version will get the same update in no time…
