After the iPhone version, Thrillist is going for the growing number of Android smartphone owners. As you would expect, it brings handpicked local recommendations for EATING, DRINKING, SHOPPING and MORE. You can search, sort and share articles, which are organized by the nearest, newest and most popular places.

In addition, there are weekly video clips, share tools for Facebook, Twitter and email, Foursquare check-in, and some great mini-games included. Logged-in Thrillist users can also easily save articles to “My Thrillist,” which is automatically synced with the reader’s “My” archive on Thrillist.com.

Thrillist for Android is available as a free download in the Android Marketplace and includes coverage of Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.

Those unfamiliar should know that Thrillist is a leading men’s lifestyle brand reaching more than 2.3 million daily email subscriptions, in addition to millions of unique web and mobile readers.
