Jesta Digital is bringing its on-demand mobile TV and movie subscription service Bitbop to Windows Phone 7 smartphones. The dedicated application seamlessly integrates into Windows UI, including the phone’s Music + Videos Hub from where users can resume watching a previously accessed TV program or manage their queue of chosen content.
Initially launched in 2010 on BlackBerry phones and more recently on the Android platform, Bitbop’s service is now available in beta on all Windows Phone 7 devices.
For a limited time, select number of users (we’re not sure how many) will get 60 days of free access to Bitbop’s entire catalog of the “best of television,” providing them with a chance to stream and download full episodes of various TV shows for instant or unconnected viewing.
Bitbop works both over cellular connection and WiFi, offering unlimited full-length commercial free TV shows for on demand streaming or temporary download for $9.99 a month. The company plans to offer full-length movies later this year…
