Another Amazon news. This time however, it’s coming from the online retail giant’s own backyard.
Two of the upcoming Android smartphones — Motorola sAtrix 4G and HTC Inspire 4G — have been caught at Amazon’s website from where we learned their prices. The Atrix 4G will (or that’s – may be) available for $149, which goes in line with what we heard before. Meanwhile, HTC’s Inspire 4G will have a price of $99. Of course, committing on a two-year contract that includes some data every month will be required, but that’s a given these days.
Unfortunately, pages for both phones have been (temporarily) removed by Amazon so you’ll have to take the image above as a proof.
Awesome. Don’t you just love market forces with both handset makers and mobile operators pushing the boundaries to drive the costs down and ultimately make goods cheaper for all of us? At 100 bucks, Inspire 4G should pretty much push fast mobile Internet to the mainstream. Likewise, with Atrix 4G being offered for $50 more, Motorola and AT&T will help drive the dual-core revolution. Love it! 🙂
