Age of Heroes for mobile gets third dimension

Age of Heroes

Qplaze has unveiled a new version of its popular strategy/RPG mobile game. The so called “Age of Heroes 3D” adds, you guessed that correctly, another/third dimension to the popular series, enabling mobile games to enjoy the game in a new way.

Just like with similar PC/console based games, you will be able to rotate the camera and see the area around your hero. Additionally, the maps are bigger, quests longer, and magic spells look much better in a new 3D environment. On the downside — if that’s a downside at all — the third-dimension adds altitude to the mix, hence your quest will be slowed down by a depth of water and height of rocks and trees.

Otherwise, expect all the fun the previous Age of Heroes games. And if you own a not-that-high-end handset, you’ll still be able/forced to play the 2D version. We do however, urge you get some of the more powerful mobile phones. Not just for 3D gaming, of course.
