If you enjoyed the Nokia Bubbles app, you’ll be glad to know it got a small update. The new version — still available from Nokia Beta Labs — comes with the following new features:

  • Smart installer support with official Qt version.
  • Settings dialog to activate/deactivate bubbles.
  • Ability to deactivate the Bubble view with menu/power key press to return screensaver immediately.
  • Reduced timeout to bring secondary drop points visible.

Don’t know what Nokia Bubbles is all about? Check a short demo video bellow.

So what do you say? I’m all for using the lock screen productively and Nokia Bubbles delivers on that front. You can download it from Nokia Beta Labs.
