Was that Motorola Droid Bionic at FCC’s labs?

An unnamed Motorola device has been spotted at FCC’s website. While we don’t have this confirmed, we believe we may be looking at the Droid Bionic, or at least the presence of EV-DO and LTE 700 MHz radios suggests so. Then there’s the Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth connectivity support and… that’s about it. Folks of the Federal Communications Commission haven’t revealed anything else, as requested by Motorola. However, that confidentiality part of the agreement is set to end on August 7th when we should have all the details.

If you recall, the Droid Bionic is announced as the American handset maker’s flagship smartphone, rocking NVidia’s 1GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera, LTE connectivity, large 4.3-inch qHD (540×960 pixels) capacitive touchscreen and other “standard for a high-end smartphone” goodies, an array of sensors included. All said, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that it was the Droid Bionic rather than some other Moto phone FCC got to play with. 😉
