While Asus’ Eee Pad Transformer keeps selling like hot cupcakes on a cold winter day, the Taiwanese company has a second thought about the Eee Pad Slider. As a matter of fact, launch of the side-sliding tablet is now pushed back to “autumn” from the previously scheduled August date.
Here’s what Asus UK said on its Facebook page:
Eee Pad Slider will be coming to the UK this Autumn. We’ll confirm dates and pricing later in July. In the meantime we’re running a couple of surveys to understand what is important for our customers. We’d love to hear your input. Surveys will follow in a minute or two.
At the same time, Asus also asked existing and potential Transformer users how they use their tablet and which feature they like the most about the keyboard dock. Unsurprisingly people love the option of connecting a physical keyboard to their tablet…
