Country Music Television (CMT) is going for the Sprint users with a brand new Sprint ID pack, obviously tailored toward fans of the genre. The new CMT ID pack comes with access to CMT apps, widgets and third-party music applications, including:

  • CMT Insider – comes with access to country music’s biggest stars with exclusive videos, articles and photos. In addition, it also features Twitter feeds of popular artists and streams from Rhapsody audio clips.
  • CMT On Air – features the network’s full lineup, videos and allows users to connect with other fans via Twitter.
  • Rhapsody – popular music subscription service. Free trial available.
  • SoundHound – music search and discovery a la Shazam.
  • The Grand Ole Opry – “quickest way to stay connected to the Opry.” Listen to the Opry and 650 AM WSM live, see the latest calendar of shows, watch videos of Opry performances and more.
  • Widgets: CMT News Widget, CMT Video Widget, CMT Photo Widget and CMT Twitter Widget

The CMT ID pack is free to download, though some services require subscription (Rhapsody).
