We’ve already told you The Times is going for the Android smartphone users. Like that’s not enough, they’ve launched a special version of the application optimized for those of you/us with Honeycomb tablets. Needless to say, the new app takes advantage of larger screens modern tablets rock, putting more information on a single page.

Of course, this isn’t a 100% free deal, though you can try out The Times’ Honeycomb app free for 30 days. After that period, you’ll need to subscribe to keep getting all of the content, including articles, photos and video dispatches.

If you’re already a digital subscriber to The Times’ website, you get the access free of charge. Otherwise, you can grab the so called Times Digital Pack for 2 GBP a week.

So what do you say? Are you willing to read The Times on your tablet? And even more importantly do you want to pay for the privilege? In any case, you try out the app for free and decided after a month.
